Important: Dalvi is a record-keeping tool, not a medical service. It does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet's health decisions.

Acceptance

By downloading or using Dalvi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Dalvi is

Dalvi helps you organize and store your pet's health information. All calculations — including nutrition guidance — are provided for informational purposes only.

Not medical advice

The nutrition feature uses the standard veterinary RER/MER energy formula to estimate feeding amounts based on the information you enter. These are estimates, not prescriptions. They do not account for every medical condition and must not replace professional veterinary guidance. You are responsible for your pet's care and for verifying any information with a qualified veterinarian.

Your data

You own your data. Dalvi stores it on your device and, if enabled, in your private iCloud. You are responsible for maintaining backups. We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, deletion, or iCloud issues.

Subscriptions

Dalvi offers optional Premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
Payments are handled by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Dalvi only for lawful, personal purposes and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.

Disclaimer of warranties

Dalvi is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DALVERİR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dalvi, including any health decisions made based on information in the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
